DESCRIPTION: Elite middle school field hockey team focused on advanced level instruction including stickhandling moves, shooting selection and power, defensive techniques and frameworks, passing combinations, and set plays. This particular program is geared to players who want to elevate their game to the next level and prepare for high school and beyond through a more structured program and a highly experienced coaching staff. Playing once per week is not enough especially for field hockey. Limited to 18 players plus goalkeepers. Reserve your spot before it sells out.
The program includes 16 total sessions held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7pm-8:30pm at the Fieldhouse in Chantilly. Optional tournaments will also be offered "a la carte" during some of the weekends. Indoor field hockey artificial turf means no cancellations due to weather!
LEAD COACH: Jenny formerly played for the United States National Field Hockey Team and represented the US in international competitions such as The World Cup, New Zealand Test Series, and Japan 6 Nation Tournament. During college, she played midfield at Wake Forest University where she was a Division I All-American, All-ACC, Hall of Fame selection, and Academic All-American. She concluded her collegiate career with 76 goals and 186 points.
WHO: ELITE MIDDLE SCHOOL AREA FIELD HOCKEY PLAYERS. Exceptional upper elementary student-athletes also accepted.
DATE/TIME: 16 total sessions. 2x/week on Tuesday and Thursdays starting Sept 3 through Oct 24, 7pm-8:30pm
